CWFFarm Market Saturday February 19th In Columbus, Ohio

It’s Carousel Watergardens Farm Market Day this Saturday February 19th. We will be set up in the parking lot of the Glenwood United Methodist Church at 2833 Valleyview Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43204, from 10am-1pm. We are located at the corner of Hague & Valleyview Drive, look for our big gray market trailer,and shop inside our heated market trailer. Shop our delicious farm fresh produce of broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and carrots, along with our russet, red & fingerling potatoes, red & yellow onions, garlic, sweet onions and sweet potatoes. We still have a nice selection of our farm fresh winter squash choose from butternut, delicata, spaghetti, hooli, pie pumpkins, striped, green and carnival acorn squash. Recipe:

Honey Broccoli, Carrots and Sweet Onions Medley

1 Large CWFFarm Sweet Onion cut in rings then quarter the rings

3 CWFFarm carrots cut up

1 Head of CWFFarm Broccoli cut up

Salt & pepper to taste

1 Tablespoon of CWFFarm honey

Sauté onion, carrots, salt & pepper and honey in Olive oil in a 10 inch fry pan stir occasionally cover and cook until tender. Add the cut up broccoli on top of the vegetables cover and let simmer, stir occasionally until tender. Serve and enjoy.

Note: you can also add Brussel sprouts too they just have to cook a little longer with the carrots and onions to get tender before adding the broccoli.
