WINTER SHARE
Carousel Watergardens Farm is introducing our Winter Shares for 2014-2015 The CSA will be bi-weekly November through March with pick up at the Columbus Winter Farmers Market on market dates. If you need more for the weeks in between our deliveries you can certainly order more we will gladly figure the cost for you.
The vegetable winter share will include the delicious and nutritious stored bounty of summer, as well as the greens grown in greenhouses. Being a winter shareholder is a powerful way to connect to your local food source and eat healthy fresh wholesome & nutritious food seasonally.
Please download the CSA application and send your completed form with a check through the mail. Due to flooding & low harvest we will not be able to offer our winter CSA’s this year.
| Winter Vegetables CSA $275.00This will consist of a bag of spring salad mix or spinach, red potatoes, cabbage, sweet onion, garlic, and sweet potatoes, broccoli, radish. This is for 10 weeks bi-weekly November through March. (Not available for 2015-16 due to flooding and low harvest.) |  N/A |
| Egg CSA $41.25This consists of 1 dozen eggs bi-weekly November through March. You will be assigned 2 egg cartons with your paid CSA; you will be responsible for bringing your empty egg carton back clean and in good condition each time and then get a full carton of one dozen fresh eggs. If you fail to bring your carton then you will be charged $.65 cents for a new carton. | N/A

| Meat (Chicken & Turkey) CSA $125.00 One package of meat each market consisting of the following meats in rotation, a whole chicken, or a 1lb. pkg. of chicken patties, or a pkg. of either chicken or turkey sausage links (brats), or a 1 lb. pkg. of ground chicken or turkey or turkey sausage, or a pkg. of wings. There would be 10 packages of meat one each market for 10 markets. (Not Available this year) | N/A |
| Honey/Maple Syrup CSA $80.00You receive 5 bottles of Carousel Watergardens Farm 8 oz. Honey & 5 – 1 pint jugs of Carousel Watergardens Farm pure Ohio Maple Syrup. Honey would be picked up at the first market of the month and maple syrup would be picked up at the second market of the month. This share makes a wonderful multi item Christmas idea. You can choose to get all your bottles at one time for Christmas presents just let us know. | $80.00 |
