With the heavy downpours it was all our beautiful Redbuds could endure and all the blooms dropped at once. Now all our patio pathways are a gorgeous purple highlighting the beautiful variegated shades of green hostas and other plants as they brighten our paths with their buds. The Bluebells are in full bloom unfortunately most were beaten down to the ground by the rains except the one in the photo it was shielded by the Canadian Hemlock
and a peony bush. I love the purple capped sandstone rock walls. Be neat if we had a mulch that color for the whole season.
We will have our vegetable plants and hanging baskets at market this Saturday May23rd. We will be set up in the parking lot of the Glenwood United Methodist Church from 9 am -12pm at 2833 Valleyview Dr, Columbus, OH. 43204. Located at the corner of Hague & Valleyview Drive.
I’ll have a post on later today after we come in from the greenhouses of what we are bringing.
