If your looking for something to do for New Years weekend then stop by and see us at the Columbus Winter Farmers Market this Saturday January 2, 2016. The market is held from 10am-1pm at the Whetstone Community Center 3923 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43214.
We’ll have our farm fresh seasonal vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, winter squash, sweet potatoes, cabbage, tender young kale, red, purple & fingerling potatoes. Our girls have been working overtime so we have lots of farm fresh eggs. We will also have our honey, maple syrup, fresh ground oat & wheat flour, jams & jellies and our chicken, ground beef & ground pork & pork sausage.
You can pick up goodies from some of the other vendors such as fresh baked breads, cookies, foccacia, candies, jams & jellies and herbal teas, remedies & body care. Then listen and sing -along with the Blues Swing band as they play a medley of toe tapping music, they love audience participation.
